The bus was late to arrival and late to our destination. We were supposed to leave at 8:40 am and be in ladysmith by 12:40 pm. We only arrived in ladysmith at 16:15. We were then dropped off in the wrong location as the bus driver didn't know where to stop and listened to a passenger on where to stop for the drop off. Took our family 30 min to find us.
