The air conditioning was not working. Second why we were exchange the buses when we where arrived at Pretoria? I was not comfortable with this last grayhond journey.

There's nothing I enjoyed with that bus ,it is very slow,and the drivers are so so RUDE they do not know how to treat people so I dont even think I'll book this bus again or recommend it to someone else ,,,they do not even keep our bags with care they just throw them and some fall ,my dishes are broken,we have to see where we keep our own bags ,it's annoying to be honest especially the fact that they just throw in the bags like there are no valuables there .I understand maybe this job is tiring at times but the fact remains BAD SERVICE.

The bus ride was not that smooth, the bus kept jerking whenever the bus driver was braking and there where people who were foreign nationals who boarded the bus in Pretoria who seem like they didn't pay and looked very suspicious and i felt very unsafe and they got off the bus at the traffic lights of Braamfontein which is not the place at which the bus is supposed to stop and let passengers get off from the bus.
