Good day. My experience traveling with your company was not the best. From my time, which was stipulated from 16.00 to travel came to 18.30. Coach arrived at my destination at 20.30 or thereabouts. Communication was very bad as we did not know the correct time the coach would arrive. I hope to travel in the future with your company, communication will be vital. We had an excellent and safe driver.

Merely a few minutes after booking my ticket, I got a message that my ticket was changed to 2 hours later. And then, the bus was almost 1 hour late. Adding a total delay of about 3 hours from when I originally booked. There was also no English communication during the bus ride about things like rest stops and bathroom breaks. Passengers were playing music on speakers in the bus and arguing over each other across the bus about said music.
