I was waiting in a line for the bus trip going to Lenasia. I then made sure by asking one of the employees if I was in the right line. He then took me to a different bus ( a bus going to Vereeniging). Upon reaching Vereeniging I was asked ' why am I not jumping off?' to which I conveyed my situation. The bus driver was rude to me and told me I didn't hear properly, however I was brought to the bus by someone who worked with Intercity Xpress and the bus driver kept telling me it was my fault. He did take me to Lenasia but he was rude. I am unfortunately still traumatised as this was my first trip with intercity Xpress.

The driver was excellent the problem was only with the bus Aircon was not working.

The journey was fair. There wasn't much communication though with the staff. If there's a lack of sufficient communication it then makes it difficult for a first time passenger who doesn't know the place he/she is visiting for the first time. The seats did not have the attached mini table that accommodates the food and beverage.
