It was not Intercape Mainliner..I book for Mainliner then boom Tour linter??why??on ticket it say the is place to charge your phone but on the bus the is no such…why are you doing this💔😒

I didn't enjoy how the staff members react like we had to move from this bus to the other bus then all of the suddenly we moved back to the previous bus, then we moved back again so it caused alot of confusion the staff seemed like they didn't know what they're doing planning things instead of doing them , they talk for almost 30+minutes trying to solve a simple thing, the bus that was supposed to drop us off @12:40 ended up dropping us off around 14:40 because of the staff that seemed like it was their 1st time working with large number of people

It was horrible!! The bus fetched us from the station an hour later on top of that when we arrived at the park station we had to wait for another hour, eagle liner out is in a local bus that had an expired disk, on top of that he did not respect us the bus kept on losing control along the way! We made it to Ladysmith by Gods grace!

Iwas not happy because the drivers mix us within Newcastle passengers that end up getting home at 19:00 imagine in the bus from 6:00 am till 19:00 no Iwas not happy at all
