I was very displeased. The bus arrived 40 minutes after the departure time, meaning I was waiting at the bus stop for over an hour. The bus was very dirty, with garbage and scraps of food on the floor and on the seats. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but not at all apologetic for the delay or the state of the beus.

Extremely frustrating ecperience -Bus was delayed by4 hours making it impossible for us to get to our next appointment in time and I got NO notification of delay and on contacting the call centre received confusing information first that it will be 2 hours and later on phoning again delay is now 4 Hours!!
