Could not complain about anything, clean and neat seats very comfortable. I’d say the only thing was that the heater was on full blast the whole way other than that it was all good.

The air vents weren’t working. Neither were the USB charging ports. It was too cold to open the window so we sat in a hot, stuffy bus. The windows even fogged up. Also, there were warning lights flashing on the dashboard and beeping all the way, which were ignored. I think one of them was the brake light. Also, there was no bathroom. I will never use that bus line again
Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the service at the Bellville branch, mentioning unhelpful staff who were more focused on their phones than assisting customers. Additionally, there have been complaints about dirty buses with cockroaches and unpleasant odors. These issues greatly impacted the overall experience for these customers.

I was supposed to get on the bus to mossel bay from Cape town. When I got there at 1.30 they told me that there isn't a bus. The only one going is at 5.30.
I wasn't notified via text, call or email. By the time I went back, I waited an hour to board the bus. And ended up getting home past 1 in the morning instead of just past 7 the same day.
It was very unprofessional.

Staff at the Bellville branch, shocking, sitting on her phone the whole time not even looking up to see who is at the window. Then I had to say:"excuse me" 3 x times and was given a snotty attitude not conducive to good business
