My child travelled with Intercape Bus to Midrand, and overall the trip was a good experience. The bus departed on time, and the journey went smoothly. The driver drove responsibly, which gave me peace of mind as a parent.
The bus was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful. Safety seemed to be a priority throughout the trip. Although there is always room for improvement, I was satisfied with the service and would consider using Intercape again for my child’s future trips.
