The bus driver lacking communication skills don't address the passengers well in terms of taking break and fresh air. The chairs were too low and slim even the chair rest and elevators were not there. I love the fact of time management for departure and arrival and it was neat and clean

What I enjoyed is that the bus was on time and even on our destination we managed to arrive earlier than the expected time and that is impressive.
What i did not enjoy the drivers were rude and treating us as if they are doing us favour for example:the heater was too hot when we enquired about it they switched it off and when we begged them again they answered silly wanted to be begged and put it on when they like.

A total waste of money and time. I had to go from Dutywa to East London to get the bus. When I arrived there they said they will compensate only half of what I spent to traveling. Still they did not give that money, they said I should go to Bellville to get that money when I'm traveling to Worcester. The bus was also stopped by traffic police and I had to spend more money traveling from where the bus was taken to Worcester.
