My trip was the worst ever. I boarded Bus No 905 in Harrismith, hoping that the bus was passing through Bloemfontein, which was my destination. In Bethlehem the bus branched off and took another route towards Fouriesburg and bypassed Bloemfontein. The crew only transferred me to another bus (Bus 230), which was travelling to Gauteng via Bloemfontein. The transfer took place in Colesburg, after I had called your offices. When I asked the crew to explain why they had bypassed Bloemfontein they made fun out of me and insisted that I had been asleep, hence I didn't notice that the bus had passed through Bloemfontein. I know Bloemfontein because I live there. I asked them to show me a single passenger whom they had picked in Bloemfontein as evidence to show that they had passed through the city, but they could not show me a single person whom they had picked there. As a result of all this lack of professionalism my journey last at least 6 more hours that it could have taken. I arrived in Bloemfontein around 3.30 am today (2 November 2024), instead of the scheduled time, which was 9:15 pm yesterday (1 November 2024). While we were still in Harrismith the crew told us that the official language that we should communicate in was IsiZulu and stated that this was company policy. I took this to be a joke, but it is likely that they may have communicated in that language when rescheduling the trip for Bloemfontein bound passengers, so I missed the instructions.

My bus was scheduled for 1:30am it only arrived at 02:45 and the drivers were so rude, they told me not to sit in the front seats cause they want to sleep, I went to the back seats and discovered that there wasn’t any space, got back on the front seat with my luggages and they told me that I only want to disturb them.
