It was my 1st time making use of their services, I was on time just that I happened to be at wrong bus stop which was BP garage instead of SASOL garage George N2 and I saw the bus leaving, I immediately called their customer service they told me there's nothing they can do I tried rescheduling or moving the ticket to the next bus they said no I have forfeited my ticket so I lost my money just like that. I am sorry but I am very dissatisfied I will never use them again they are very selfish and greedy no customer service and empathy at all!
