Intercape is a company that has received mixed reviews from customers. Some customers have been using their services for a long time and consider them to be good. However, there are several complaints about delays in bus arrivals, with some buses being as much as 4 hours late. Additionally, charging ports on the buses were reported to be broken. There are also concerns about the lack of control over passengers by the drivers and unnecessary stops along the way which caused further delays. Overall, while Intercape has its positive aspects, these issues should be addressed for an improved customer experience.

Driver doesn’t control passengers and we lose time at the stops. Bus was late to me by 1 hour then we are 4 hours late to the final destination. Also he pulled over to the side of the road randomly which many people were upset about

What I enjoyed about Big sky is their time keeping, the bus was able to keep up with time. But what I didn't enjoy was the temperature inside the Bus, it was very cold I'm not sure whether the heater was not working or the Drivers never wanted to open the heating. Imagine being in the Bus for long hours in extremely cold.
