I have booked a trip with big sky from Paarl to East London last night at 8:20. I didn't get onto a big sky bus for some reason and the bus they send broke down later. Later another bus was sent. It's now the next day at 16:00 and I am still on this bus waiting now for another driver. I am 6 hours late . I am furious and will take this to social media and the ombudsman and this is absolutely unacceptable.

My trip for the 05/01/2025 was on 20:00 I spend more than 3 hours waiting for the bus , No email was sent as form of delay or something . I lost track of time of went back home without travelling back to EL . I sent multiple emails asking for assistance on the issue of arrival time but no reply till today .
