Bus came late. A lot of discomfort as the heater was on very high temperature and it became so stuffy in the bus. I battled all the way to Joburg. Temperature should be controlled to a maximum of say 23 degrees

It was good that the bus was punctual, but I didn't enjoy when the driver and co driver were talking too much instead of concentrating on driving properly. Also the fact that the bus took a long route instead of the toll road route.

They mix all passengers to different towns and they exchange busses on the way. Had too much luggage and had to change busses,it was a nightmare. We waited for over an hour to get changed to another bus. Horrible experience 😪
