The bus was almost 2 hours late when it arrived in Humansdorp. No SMS was sent to alert passengers of this lengthy delay. As a result, we waited for almost 2.5 hours for the bus to arrive. We lived too far away to go and wait at our home.

It was a trip. We booked the 06:05am bus and she arrived at the stop around 05:45. She waited until 6:45 and the bus didn't show. After a had phoned to find out regarding the bus I was told that the driver had passed her stop because he didn't see her on the manifest. Then I was told she was going to be put on a 12 o'clock bus to PE but but now she had to wait from 5:45am till 12 for that bus alone because I booked the ticket in East london. When the bus picked her up I was then told she has to wait for a 16:00 bus from PE to east london and I had to phone to make sure which bus she had to take because it seemed like the new ticket she received was done due to my call a'd of she arrived there she would be stranded. Her safety was compromised and I was not happy with the level of communication because had I not followed up I don't know what could have happened. I did receive some communication from another consultant to was trying to let me know how far was the bus that was going to pick her up in humansdorp at 12 which atleast made it at ease that something is happening.
