The bus driver was unfriendly and gave us no information in advance as to when we would be stopping for toilet/refreshment breaks even though several people asked him. He did not make it clear how long we were stopping for.
Apart from the driver the coach was comfortable and the journey was fine.

I was there 35 min before my departure time, while waiting in line to be helped, my bus left without me. I was not the only one. I had to pay an extra R350 to get a taxi that chased the bus. Eventually we got on the bus. Further more the bus was one and a half hours late to my destination. I would probable never use your bus service again.

First of all, we got to the Intercape office an hour early and waited 2 full hours to check in. Next, after boarding and being forced to sit in the back of the bus we found out there’s pee everywhere on the floor next to us and a sewage smell
