Bus Tickets from Western University to Toronto

Very good (as always). The driver & staff at the bus station were friendly. The other passengers were quiet & considerate. The bus arrived at my destination ahead of schedule. The only thing was that the internet kept dropping.

On time. Clean. Seats hard for a long trip. But in order. I recommend it. I had plenty of time before my flight so I can’t speak on overall punctuality. But I am very satisfied. Driver was excellent.

The trip was fast and efficient. My bus arrived at the destination EXACTLY on time! I was lucky in that no one came to sit next to me, so I could spread out.

The driver arrived late and did not greet anyone upon arrival. He did not assist with loading luggage into the van, nor did he help or guide passengers on how to access the back seat, especially since there were already passengers seated in the front

Bus driver backed into a fence in the via rail London parking lot and delayed the trip by nearly 2 hours. No communication throughout and we also stopped for 30mins at a gas station and I still don’t know why.

The bus was delayed without notice, I was freezing up in the cold. Waited for a long time.

The driver did a great job!……but toilet was dirty and no hand soap. It could use a really good cleaning. I appreciated not having to drive and the price was right. Thanks, Yvonne

Bus was 90 minutes late for no apparent reason... Roads were fine... Missed my flight to Costa Rica

Left late, waited 15-20 min for what appeared to be a Onex driver going back to Toronto. Arrived 40 min late at terminal 1

Megabus canceled the trip without informing any passengers so that was terrible.

The bus driver said he was not scheduled for the bus and would not let him board the bus. So he also missed his connection in Toronto so thanks for nothing.

My bus was delayed and didn’t come to the station at all. I waited there for 3 hours in cold and freezing, wasn’t able to reach customer service and eventually stayed in London

The bus was almost an hour late however we ended up in Toronto only 20 minutes late.

Rider was rude and we had to wait for more than 1 hour due to some issues in bus

The whole ride was good felt safe and the charging port was working. It was a bit late from scheduled time but it was ok.

Late departure, late arrival even with no additional stops so it could have been much later. People plan trips around schedules that we are expected to keep from the companies that we pay for the service and it makes it difficult when those companies don't honour their commitment to schedules the same as are required by the customers who pay for their services. This is more than the the 4th time buses have been late

It was just horrible the bus was late which to start is already horrible having to wait out in the freezing cold while snowing. Secondly the driver was constantly looking at his phone for directions but continued to take the wrong directions only to arrive at Pearson an hour and a half late making me miss my flight.

I enjoyed the uneventful trip to Toronto. However, my bus was scheduled to leave at 04:10. At 01:45 on the day off (I was sleeping), I was informed that they would be leaving an hour earlier at 03:10 (due to daylight savings change). At 03:35, I received a call informing me that the bus had already left my pick-up spot and that if I wanted to catch the bus, I'd need to make my was to South London. Anyway, all told, my Uber cost was $40 more than it was supposed to be, but I did barely make it to the bus in time. Overall, it was a significant amount of stress and anxiety and a simple demonstration of awful communication and planning on the part of Velocity Bus.

The driver stopped in the wrong place at the origin. So, we had to call customer service to ask them to hold the bus at the next station. Otherwise, everything was ok.

The driver was very friendly and welcomed everyone on board, the bus was very clean, and the seats were very comfortable. All in all, a very relaxing trip!

I didn't enjoy being 40min late and missing my appointments but other then that it was great

Bus came on time. Seats were very comfortable, snacks were available. Hostess was super sweet, arrived to my destination a little over my scheduled time. But it was rush hour.. The only thing that I didnt like Was it was very hard to see out of the window from the tinted sticker.

Attending university in london, I have been travelling back and forth between Toronto and London for around 4 years. I have not encountered a better company than Red Arrow. Their communication, punctuality, service, and comfort are unmatched while still having competitive prices. My favourite company to make the London-Toronto journey, I just wish they had more times available!

Complimentary snacks and drinks was a pleasant surprise, comfortable chairs, available plugs, and overall great service!

The traffic was heavy and your competent drivers made it stress free. We just relaxed.

I arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes earlier. The ticket and the booking confirmation showed OurBus as the operator, so I waited for an OurBus to arrive. After two follow-ups with an OurBus agent, I received an email with an updated booking confirmation and ticket, showing OneXBus as the operator. However, this bus had left around 40 minutes before OurBus sent me the updated information. So I missed the bus while standing there in the heavy snowfall for over 1 hour, watched the OneXBus leaving, had to pay an Uber to take me to Toronto, and almost missed my flight because of OurBus terrible customer service and miscommunication.

The bus didn't even arrived. We were at the esso gas station waiting since 8:10am for bus time was 8:30 am. We waited till 9:15 before leaving to go back. No communication from the bus company.
