Bus Tickets from Western University to Toronto

My bus never showed up. I had to spend 250 dollars on an uber to make my flight in time. Horrible experience

It was a smooth trip. The bus was late but that couldn’t be helped with the weather and road conditions.

Very good (as always). The driver & staff at the bus station were friendly. The other passengers were quiet & considerate. The bus arrived at my destination ahead of schedule. The only thing was that the internet kept dropping.

Travel was on time, but it was very cold on the bus. No heatting was working in the back through the entire trip.

Intercity bus premium was not premium at all. The past 2 times I rode using intercity, I rode in a coach bus with wifi and a bathroom. However, my trip to Toronto was in a shuttle with no utilities and was extremely small and not well-maintained. The bus ride was also 3 hours longer than expected.

Late by 1.5 hours and went backwards to a stop that was in the other direction. The bus was also insanely hot.

The bus was late 15 minutes and had no heating all the way to tornto by minus 15 degrees outside

Your buses are far more comfortable than a plane. Very clean. The bus driver was very curious. Everything on time.

Timely arrival at pick up point. Timely departure, friendly driver. Good and safe driving. Journey was smooth, bus was neat and warm despite the cold weather.

Megabus canceled the trip without informing any passengers so that was terrible.

The bus driver said he was not scheduled for the bus and would not let him board the bus. So he also missed his connection in Toronto so thanks for nothing.

My bus was delayed and didn’t come to the station at all. I waited there for 3 hours in cold and freezing, wasn’t able to reach customer service and eventually stayed in London

The bus was almost an hour late however we ended up in Toronto only 20 minutes late.

Rider was rude and we had to wait for more than 1 hour due to some issues in bus

The whole ride was good felt safe and the charging port was working. It was a bit late from scheduled time but it was ok.

It was never mentioned that it would be a van instead of a bus. It wouldn’t have been an issue if it hadn’t been full. It ended up being an uncomfortable trip because we were all packed together

It was a good ride except I would have the seats lean back a bit. They were to straight up on your back.

Late departure, late arrival even with no additional stops so it could have been much later. People plan trips around schedules that we are expected to keep from the companies that we pay for the service and it makes it difficult when those companies don't honour their commitment to schedules the same as are required by the customers who pay for their services. This is more than the the 4th time buses have been late

The driver stopped in the wrong place at the origin. So, we had to call customer service to ask them to hold the bus at the next station. Otherwise, everything was ok.

The driver was very friendly and welcomed everyone on board, the bus was very clean, and the seats were very comfortable. All in all, a very relaxing trip!

I didn't enjoy being 40min late and missing my appointments but other then that it was great

Bus came on time. Seats were very comfortable, snacks were available. Hostess was super sweet, arrived to my destination a little over my scheduled time. But it was rush hour.. The only thing that I didnt like Was it was very hard to see out of the window from the tinted sticker.

Attending university in london, I have been travelling back and forth between Toronto and London for around 4 years. I have not encountered a better company than Red Arrow. Their communication, punctuality, service, and comfort are unmatched while still having competitive prices. My favourite company to make the London-Toronto journey, I just wish they had more times available!

Complimentary snacks and drinks was a pleasant surprise, comfortable chairs, available plugs, and overall great service!
