The bus continues to wait at the stop which is not designated to them nor is it mentioned on the ticket confirmation. The bus was supposed to stop at P4 but it stopped at P2 forcing us to walk down to get the bus. This is not good considering the weather today was extremely cold and windy

Ride is was fine; bus was 1/2 an hour late and driver was not friendly.

Pickup at airport was right on time. Weather wasn't good with blowing snow and snow covered 401 highway, however driver was going very fast, while talking on his headset to someone all the way. Drop off was supposed to be at Esso Station on left handside of Wellington Rd, in London. He just stopped the minibus in the right hand lane on the road going north. Passengers had to try and cross the road of 6 lanes with heavy suitcases through 3 inches of snow. Very dangerous.
