It would be great to have signage of where the bus stop is. Otherwise the driver was polite and helpful. An uneventful trip which is great.

The experience was affected due to the driver not assisting with luggage loading. Driver advised he could not assist us, it was not his job. The travel itself was great!

Finding the bus was a huge frustration as we couldn't find 1 Victoria St. Thankfully while driving around we saw the bus arrive & were surprised it stopped on the side of the road to load passengers, not in a parking lot.

Bus was late and then the driver was telling me to load luggage in bus compartment myself ( the bus was going to airport). All passengers were quiet throughout but he was the one on phone and using swear words loudly with his friend on phone

I didn’t enjoy the fact that i was told 3 hrs before departure that the bus couldn’t drop me off at the agreed upon location

The bus was 40 minutes late. There was no communication from the company about the delay. When we arrived at the airport, the driver stayed there for a few minutes without letting us know ehatvhe was doing with his cell phone. When I asked if he were waiting for customers, he simply said no, but checking how long it would take to Totonto. That could have been communicate clearly when we were anxious to arrive in Toronto asap.

I didn't enjoy that the driver was 20 minutes late. Some on our bus were worried they would not make their flight

Onexbus cancelled our trips for June 2 and Sept 4 with a email with 4 days notice for June 2 . Take another bus so many problems. Busbus not so helpfull either the company we paid . Save yourself some anguish book with different company

Greeted by name, and quickly helped with luggage. Site specifies that the ticket should be printed but thankfully the driver did not require.

The actual drive was smooth and pleasant and the driver was a helpful person. The bus was clean. What I didn’t like was that the bus was late and there wasn’t communication until several minutes after the bus should have been at the stop. That’s when they sent an email. Before that I had to google to find their customer service number, which was not given on the e ticket. Customer service was helpful in providing an update. But before she confirmed that the bus was late, Inwas nervous that something had gone wrong and the bus wasn’t going to show up. It was dark and cold and I am visiting. The instructions on the e ticket for the pick up spot were unclear and I and the other person waiting (unrelated to me) had to walk to another side of the road when the bus pulled up in a different spot (supposed to be outside Ye’s restaurant in Kitchener Sportsworld stop). I think Rider express should send text updates a bit ahead of time if the bus will be late and also give a map so people know the exact pickup spot and don’t have to guess.

Delay, bus came half hour late. Bus driver talking on the phone the whole time was really disturbing. Driver tailgating was unsafe, making such a hard stop that throwing passengers and their bags out of their seat.

I was a little bit annoyed that my bus was late and I couldn't reach Rider Express to ask how much longer I had to wait. We were 1/2 late.

Very Friendly Staff! Driver is a true gentleman & helped with my luggage. Smooth ride, clean seats, very well maintained. Everything was Amazing! Looking forward to booking my next trip on Red Arrow

It was good but they arrived late

The bus basically broke down twice. On the 427 south it broke for good and we waited at the side of the highway for another bus to come. Basically over an hour late by the time we arrived. Bus driver was fantastic. Give him something that runs to drive.

Bad, cancelled 30mins before the scheduled time and due to the cancellation, the return ticket could not be refunded

I bought the ticket for my mom and the bus didn’t show up. She was very stressed luckily found another ride.
