Bus from Toronto to Ottawa, CA: Tickets & Timetables

I never experienced loading my own luggage to the luggage compartment before. All the time, the drivers or a company person were loading the luggages and they were sorting them according to the order where the passengers would be dropped off. During this trip, all the passengers had to load their luggages randomly, and when they got off the bus, they had to find and unload their luggages. The driver was mostly not bad except hard breakes, and turning the corners.

Great, minor delay with first bus (10 min delay) but it was during the morning rush hour so understandable though we arrived to the destination on time. No issues

Very good value for money. It would be helpful if there was signage at Pearson Airport.

Ontario Northland has to know who they are jointly working .Busbad are scamining customers by hacking and missing leading Customers through web booking!

The bus was good and clean. But it was delayed by more than an hour and I reached my destination at midnight instead of 9:35 as mentioned in the ticket

Usually I enjoy taking this bus however the bus driver made the ride unpleasant. He was rude and seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. I didn’t appreciate watching him drive away leaving some passengers behind during the mere 10 minute break that we were given (normally it is at least 15 minute break). There was only a Tim Hortons here and the lineup grew long for the washroom and food counter surpassing the 10 minute wait time.

The bus driver was not attentive whatsoever. He fully missed someone’s stop, and when she confronted him about it, he tried to drop her off on the side of the highway instead. As well, once the ride was done and we were receiving our luggage, he didn’t bother looking around before closing the luggage doors and ended up hitting the side of my shoulder with the doors, injuring me and ruining my jacket. He honestly seemed very rushed, and I didn’t feel satisfied with my ride because of him.

For someone using buses from Toronto for the first time, the departing address and the mechanism are not clear, resulting in my missing the bus despite being at the stated adress long before the departure time—the address icon on the ticket shows a point on the street rather than inside (or on) the terminal building, making me assume that the sreet side—the same as Ottawa, my hometown, where busses picked up passengers on the sreet sides—is the stated pickup address. By the time I realized and went inside the terminal building and asked the Services (as no bus showed up) it had already left. :(

We were at the bus stop 15 minutes as we need to be, 7:15 am and the bus came around 9:30 am, I got the e-mail for the late arrival close to 9 am and there was no place to hide from the cold and snow.

I didn't nake it to the journey because it wasn't mentioned anywhere that the station is inside the building. I was waiting outside

My first trip on OnexBUS exceeded expectations. The driver was courteous, responsive and a good driver.

Not clear where to wait for the bus. Too hard to get to seat. Sprint not made for long trips. Driver should call out passengers at designated stops he should gave a list ofcwho gets off where

It was extremely tight, bus arrived over 15 minutes late, no leg space at all. No wifi, plugs or bathroom despite it saying there would be wifi.

Well clean environment as well as the washroom.I enjoyed my journey with orleans express.

There was a huge snow storm and lots of delays on the 401...but we made it safely anyway, despite the delays!

It’s my first time using this company and I can say this is my smoothest Travelling experience using a commercial bus. Driver was very professional and friendly. I love how there was no alotted seat on the ticket, cause I’ve had issues with conflicting seating numbers using flix bus. We didn’t have a million stops, we stopped just twice from Ottawa to Toronto so we had time to refresh and stretch our legs at Kingston. And we arrived just in time as stated on the ticket. Unlike my previous experiences where we arrive later than stated because of the numerous pickups and drop offs. Absolute value for money. I’ll definitely stick to them.

It was a very good experience, the driver was extremely kind and polite, and we had a safe and comfortable trip.

There was a literal homeless woman on our small bus of 7 people (bus fit about 10). She was drinking alcohol on the bus. At one point she said that she is going to “slit her own throat” she wasn’t wearing her seatbelt and kept lunging at the driver pretending she dropped her phone. For a large majority of the ride I thought she was going to attack somebody. She listened to her music full blast and took up 3 seats.

I never made the trip. They sent out a late departure email saying they were leaving at 6:30pm when it was supposed to originally depart at 6:15pm. My girlfriend and I arrived at the station at 6:20. The bus operator saw us, refused to speak to us, and drove off at 6:23. It’s ironic that we have to accommodate to when they are late, but this is how Redarrow treats their clients when we are on time.

The driver who drove the Bus which departed from Toronto at 6.15 pm (6th August), was really friendly and helpful to ALL customers equally and he also arrived at Ottawa sharp at 11.20 pm, and was very punctual. The driver is very admirable in terms of his driving and the behaviour and discipline.

Bus was on time. It would have been better if some means are available to track the bus esp. for international passengers knowing the coordinates and timing of the bus at airport or bus driver number. Overall a good journey! Thanks Redarrow!

The bus was in the waiting spot earlier and arrived on time at the destination. The toilet wasn't as clean as expected

The temperature inside, the overhead compartment space, the seat space, the cleanliness, the plug sockets

Outlets advertised but there were none! That was the reason I chose this bus not another. Unacceptable. Also the seats were EXTREMELY filthy. Disgusting.

Hard to find bus the bus wasn’t called metro linx it was called Go bus !

Horrible they cancelled the trip and didn’t even email me. Trip was cancelled a few hours before. Entirely unprofessional. Still awaiting a response.

Today they didn't notify me that my bus was canceled and I was in the cold for a long time.

I didnt even go on that trip. The driver didnt show up. I was there waiting for 4 hours out the cold. No one contacted me neither is there a number i could contact.
