What I did not enjoy as much was that I had paid for a "direct" bus but was asked to get off in Scarborough and switch buses. It wasn't so bad as the 2nd bus was much nicer and comfortable. Also, when I first got on the bus, I had an assigned seat but the bus was full and I had to resort to sitting at the very back.

The first part of my trip was satisfactory, I arrived at Pearson Airport on time. The second leg of my trip however was not good. First of all, the bus driver was over a half hour late in arriving which delayed our departure. He was not the best of drivers, he braked too hard. He also made an unnecessary stop in Kingston, which he said was supposed to be 10 minutes but ended up being 25 minutes. Overall, I was not content.
