Bus was about an hour late and gave us notice 2 minutes before it was supposed to arrive. I had to stand in freezing temperature for 50 minutes and then the driver dropped us off at a different location. Very dissatisfied took me 4 hours to get home when the trip was supposed to be 2 hours
