Loved that it was right on schedule and met my expectations. It was convenient and easy to use. What I did not enjoy as much was that I had paid for a "direct" bus but was asked to get off in Scarborough and switch buses. It wasn't so bad as the 2nd bus was much nicer and comfortable. Also, when I first got on the bus, I had an assigned seat but the bus was full and I had to resort to sitting at the very back.

Driver was talking to his phone while driving for a long time. More than 1 hour delay, a ten minute break took about 30 minutes. I arrived late to an important event.

I did not know that the trip from Toronto to Ottawa was in a luxury travel van, with no bathroom. And the drop off in Kanata was not where the ticket indicated , quite inconvenient.
