Drivers were friendly and helpful. Bus was clean and comfortable. Ticket prices were excellent. (Minor complaint - they didn't adjust the schedule for very light traffic on New Year's day, so we were way ahead of schedule and had to wait at two bus stops enroute.) Overall, very satisfied with the service.

Bus was on time…a lot of hoopla before leaving to find out that it was having transmission problems..had to stop to stop to re set panel..then in merrit new driver had to replace a part so we were over an hour late arriving

It was very bad experience travelling from Edmonton to Lloydminster on 1/6/26.Time was 1.30 pm but bus came 2. 10pm. Me and my husband were standing outside near about 50 minutes . It is winter time . No proper place where we can sit or stand. We both are seniors. Management should know the condition of weather.
