Traveled in a bus from their new fleet of buses and it was amazing! Finally a company that is translating their growth into improvements to their clients. That goes against the trend in service companies that more often than not will only ever translate their growth into better dividends for stock holders and greater shares of profit often doubling down and cutting services to reduce overhead costs and increase their margins even more. A company that cares for their clients is in a path of sustainable growth. I was glad to see one x investing in their customers and I hope they continue to improve!

I enjoyed the quiet nature of the bus and the smooth sailing experience. The pick up was flawless and the expierence was great. However, I was supposed to unload at YYZ but I was asleep at the time and woke up 5 minutes away from union station in downtown Toronto. fortunately, I was able to make it on time to the flight but when I tried to communicate with the bus driver he was very unresponsive. Even when we arrived in Toronto at union station he was on the phone and did not respond to me when I asked him for instruction to get my to the airport from union. Usually, the drivers are extremely friendly and do nudge me if I was not up especially when I verbally told them that I am going to YYZ. This was just out of the ordinary for onexbus as I take it quite frequently and never faced this issue. I usually would rate this bus 4.5 but this experience was not up to the standards they usually uphold.
