Onex bus

Awesome driver. Nice, quick and safe. Surprising very comfy seats (I’m 6’1” and didn’t find it awkward) . The only thing needing improvement would be the signage of where to go /which bus to go on while at the airport . We managed to find the bus with little to no problem but the signs in the airport and then outside at the bus stops are maybe a little confusing to some with the lack of info of where each bus is going or where to stand to wait for the right bus. We were lucky and found the right person at the right time so we had no issue.

Driver was okay but bus was so dirty—powdery crumbs, dust, dirt and just random bits of stuff everywhere. I have allergies that aren’t too bad but after a while my nose was fully clogged and my eyes were watery. Driver was on time and everything else was fine I just felt that the bus needed to be cleaner for the amount I paid

This is the first time a bus journey has literally left me in tears. First, the bus made so many extra stops in places which were not revealed when I booked the ticket. I even started to wonder at one point if I had taken the wrong bus. This wouldn’t have bothered me so much had the bus arrived at the ultimate destination on time. But in addition to the unexpected stops, for some reason the bus driver was driving 50km on a road with an 80km limit. I had made some very special plans for that day, but as the bus limped towards London I watched my plans evaporate in front of my eyes. Everything had to be cancelled because we arrived almost 40 minutes late. Had we arrived late due to an accident on the road or unexpected traffic, I wouldn’t have blamed the bus company. But when you miscalculate travel time in relation to the number of stops and the bus consistently drives well under the speed limit, I do blame Onex. I missed a very special day because of you and will never feel same on one of your buses again.

I'm from Europe and can't use my cell phone without WiFi. I was at the bus stop at 12:40 for the 13:00 bus so I missed your email sent at 12:51 that the bus would be 40-45 minutes late! The bus arrived at 13:50. It was a long wait without shelter from the sun. The bus driver was very apologetic and we were quickly on our way. The WiFi on the bus was broken so the kind bus driver let me connect to his Hotspot to inform my family of the delay. The bus was old and it was a bumpy ride but for that price I'm not complaining. I booked enough in advance of my flight departure time to not have to rush or panic, especially since I didn't realize I had to be at Terminal 3 in Toronto and not Pearson Int'l at Terminal 1 where we were dropped off.

The service is good, they sent an email one hour before the departure notifying the bus will be 20 minutes late due to traffic, this is correct, there are situations that we cannot control.

Clean and quick service. Meet your vehicle at P4 to P6 on the middle island on the ground floor of Terminal one and you are set.
