the Bus was great, the only Problem was it was 1/2 hr late. so it messed up other plans.

This was an extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. The driver became angry simply because I chose to get off at an earlier stop and he had to move other bags to access mine. To avoid any inconvenience, I removed my own bag and even offered to put the other bags back myself. Despite this, he raised his voice at me, accused me of holding up the bus, and said he “didn’t care” when I explained I had a long journey and just wanted to get home. He continued to argue and make a scene in front of all the passengers, which was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. His reaction was aggressive, disrespectful, and unacceptable—especially over something as minor as moving two bags, which I handled myself. This level of hostility toward a paying passenger is not acceptable, and I would not recommend this service based on this experience.

bus was 35 minutes late, no notification. when i called the company there was conveniently “no one available” to talk. bus driver stopped to go get Tim Hortons leaving us all in the bus for 10 minutes
