I tried every single outlet in order to charge my IPhone, nothing worked, I was super frustrated and also, the bus was really cold:(

My experience was terrible. I arrived 15 minutes early as advised, yet, I waited an hour and a half outside in the cold. While I can appreciate that delays happen, given the extensive delay I would have expected and appreciated an email sent to notify me. Once the bus arrived there wasn't so much as an "i'm sorry". Additionally, the app indicated the trip would be only 2 hours as well as wifi provided. The bus ride was 3 hours and no wifi. As a result I missed my flight back home. Terrible experience.

The bus was over a full hour late and we didn’t hear anything about the delays or when it was coming until one hour had passed
Passengers consistently praise the bus service for its punctuality, comfort, and friendly drivers. They appreciate clean buses and smooth rides that make travel enjoyable. However, some users have noted occasional issues such as inaccurate pick-up locations or minor technical difficulties like non-functioning Wi-Fi or power sockets. Overall satisfaction remains high despite these small concerns.

It was great! Not only were the staff super organized, and the bus arrived on time for both start & end locations.

The ride itself was okay but the bus showed up 20 mins late with no notice. It would be nice to have a text or email notifying the delay. The seats were a bit too upright and not a lot of leg room.

I really enjoy the ride , the only problem is that your pick up location is not accurate almost miss the bus because of that.
