The bus was over an hour late and the updates underestimated the lateness and stopped coming after it hit 35 minutes. Then my QR code wouldn't work! Luckily I had the pdf of the ticket and the driver let me on. We sat waiting to leave for a good ten minutes after that. Altogether poor experience.
