Orléans Express receives praise for punctuality, friendly drivers, and comfortable seating. However, some users report issues such as Wi-Fi not working consistently and occasional delays in departure or arrival times. Concerns about limited legroom and insufficient air conditioning were also noted by passengers seeking a more pleasant travel experience overall.
Large comfortable bus, with wifi and chargers for devices. There were major road closures on route and the Communicative driver kept us well informed. The wc tp was running out and the driver was informed, whom changed that immediately. In the future the bus could be built with a designated water reservoir for hand washing in the toilet. And, it could be better articulated that the bus from Union Bay Toronto was from inside the bus depot. Because, in contrast, the transport was a small shuttle bus on the departure trip by which we met the driver/shuttle on the road from Ottawa.

Bus arrived 15 minutes after it was scheduled to depart with no communication and bus driver was immediately snappy. The process of checking everyone's photo id and loading luggage into the bus was very slow. We only started moving 40 minutes after we were scheduled to. The bus itself is nice and the passengers onboard were too. Bathroom onboard was out of service and we were only allowed a restroom stop at our one stop 2 hours after departure. 30 minute break but took longer and I did not see the bus driver count heads after. It said we'd arrive at our destination at 4:35pm on the ticket but we ended up arriving at 6pm.

The travel was fine, but the bus was not on schedule. It left a few minutes late and arrived later than scheduled, which is problematic given that I had a meeting to attend at my destination of arrival. I was late.
