It was absolutely terrible had to get off at Midrand and spend extra money to take a Uber since we where 2 hours late and to top it off the driver diddnt hold himself accountable but made excuses to justifying being 2 hours late.

As a first time Intercity user mu ticket departure location was steers,Vryburg at 23:20.I areived there early and waited.At approximately 23:20 I called because there was no sign of the bus and the attendant assured me that the bus was on the was it was delayed by an accident.I also confirmed the pick up spot and he confirmed that I will be picked up at steer Vryburg.I only saw the bus passing and tried to chase it.It finally stopped and the driver started swearing and insulting I and my partner.He insisted that the busy never stops at steers but engen.He didn’t even check my ticket to confirm if I was lying.This experience set me off and I don’t feel comfortable using the bus again.
