It was horrible! Somewhere at night in the middle of the street they stopped and picked up a traveller. We travelled on a narrow road that was full of potholes! - NOT a highway or main road I might add. People were listening without earphones or headphones to their Tiktoks and whatever else...and at 02h00am the driver played music on his phone until just before 05h00! I asked him to please use earphones, and he answered in Xhosa that I should wear earphones and ignored ME! Minutes after I got off the bus, I realized that I forgot my black Volcano headphones on the bus, but it had allready left. I tried to contact GREYHOUND, several times, but was unable to do so telephonically, or else I would've been able to get my headphones back! I will NOT use Greyhound ever again for ANY trip. At least one is able to contact Intercape when something goes wrong.

The only flaw that I had, was that I didn't se anywhere on the internet to apply for pensioners discount. However it was a journey to remember. I love the neatness in the buss. The officials were very professional and kind.
