The trip started fine until we stopped in kuruman. We waited over an hour there and if passengers ask how long will it take the bus driver refuse to give an answer. This was no where near a garage so people couldn't use this time as a break. We where a bus full of people waiting an hour and 10 minutes with no answers on why we are waiting and when we would departure.

I did not go on the trip because when I got at the stop the bus already left and I was there half an hour prior to the departure time. I would like a full refund. Also non of the customer care numbers work
