Was supposed to be picked up in Greenacres at 17.10 yesterday afternoon. Was soaking wet after having to wait in rain with nowhere to sit down and eventually ordered Uber at 18.05 to take me back to Jeffreys because the bus had still not arrived. My daughter phoned at 17.40 to find out where the bus is and was told that it is on its way, but they don't know how late it will arrive. Have now paid for a trip I did not take . NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
