It was a nightmare the bus that was supposed to leave GP at 6pm left at 5pm and they did not wait even after informing them that we were still travelling. Then they made things even worse by saying they didn't recognise the logo on the ticket and it was invalid causing so much fear and unessessary issues. I would actually like to be refunded for all the inconvenience not to mention I had to travel a day later
