I enjoyed the ride. I didn't enjoy that there was miscommunication amongst drivers on where they were driving to, which forced me to exit one bus and move to another, only to be told I have to go back to the first one again.

Horrible, i didnt enjoy anything. The bus was delayed communication was that is two hours delayed. 17:15 but ended up a 22:00pm bus and when i get JHB park station they said we will be taking another bus to Pretoria and it will be there in 10 minutes hut hours passed without a bus. Ended up arriving in pretoria around pass 2(14:00) but we arrived in JHB in the morning. Greyhound disappointed me and will not be using it again. And with all these delayed no compensations nothing. Not even refreshments to make the customer calm or atleast ways to apologise. Horrible service and will never recommend it to anyone.

It's much of the same really. Most users have the same complaints but nobody seems to addressing them.
The seats aren't all adjustable and there are no toilets on the bus even though it's stated so upon doing he booking. There's also non of those net bags on the back of the seat to keep one's snacks. There's normally only one arm rest per row on either sides of the seat. There's also no foot rest
