I enjoyed the comfortability of the bus, it's amazing especially because I was traveling with the 6month old son👌👌.
The only request I would make, is that the air-conditioning of the bus not to be so cold, or be given an option to contact the bus drivers while on the bus in regards to the air conditioning, it was just to cold, baby got flu due to the coldness in the bus, and that's the only request I would like bring forward

The drivers were rude and dismissive. The bus was dirty, making it unpleasant to even sit and breathe, let alone eat. The overall experience was disgusting. Improvement is needed.

I was disappointed because I arrived 30 minutes before but the bus left an hour later,so I was not happy at all but everything besides that was okay
