very little communication on the bus being 4h late. No step to help the elderly get in and out of the bus. The staff just laughed at the people struggling to get in and out. Staff not trying to assist to move people to upstairs as the elderly could not go upstairs so they just saidnthebbus is full.

Great staff, bus is in good condition. Driver followed all road rules and I arrived at destination safely. I liked the special compartment for storing my surfboard. Highly recommend
