The bus was more than an hour late resulting in us having to stand in the pouring rain and hail storm in Butterworth with no protection from the elements. We were soaked. The driving was okay however it was overshadowed by the above. Luggage was also a nightmare. Hopefully the improve on these for futures travellers.
