First thing first, the bus did not arrive on time, it arrived 45 minutes later. Secondly the charging pots were not working were I had to share a charging pot with the people whom were sitting behind me and the people who were sitted on the other raw. Please improve your services.

The bus was late at the pickup point, no apologies or explanation given. It was supposed to arrive at 0745 and only arrived at 0942. This has negative financial impact as unplanned leave has to be taken. Sad
