The staff, starting off At Upington depot is the worst. So my wife had 2 large bags which where needed to be packed inside the bus, they told her she have to load bags alone or they'll have to leave her behind. I had quickly ran to spar to buy some deinks when I got back I saw her standing outside, alone, next to him was the driver with his hands in the pocket saying I've already received my papers to go if you don't pack your bags inside the bus you're staying behind. Not helping was onto thing but also threatening to leave her behind because she couldn't move the bags is something else. It's n OK bus just to move from point A to point B. If you need great service, check for other alternatives. Worst experience ever.

The worst travelling experience ever.We had to be told by the police that the bus is no longer travelling to Pretoria and we wil be refunded our money once the owner can confirm payemnts on Monday.
