Bus Tickets from Pearson Toronto Airport to Ottawa

The driver didn't know what stops were on his route, so he told us we were at the wrong bus, and then left without us, which delayed our trip by a day. Also, the customer service line hung up on us when we tried to get more information about the situation.

Terrible, bus from Ottawa to Toronto was dirty, smelled urine from washroom. Bus from Toronto to Ottawa was somehow cleaner but was late 50 minutes. One hour into trip we where asked to transfer to another bus which was overcrowded. Would not definitely recommend this company !

I was assigned a 10C seat-which i did not request, as I do not like the back of the bus. this was the first time seat assigned. I had to move twice. I am 74 with arthritis in both my hips. Made my trip very hard.

I missed the bus because the location in E.mail was wrong. It was a waste of time and money. Also there was no agent in station that I can do complain. It was an awful day just because of Orleans Express.

The bus departure was delayed arriving half hour pass midnight instead of 11:45 pm therefore I missed the last Subway Train trip back home

I wish there was a quiet section on the bus for people sleeping or studying. People talking on the phone for hours is irritating. The bus was also almost an hour late.

The bus tire blew out and it took more than 1.5 hours to arrange taxi for passengers

I never made the trip. They sent out a late departure email saying they were leaving at 6:30pm when it was supposed to originally depart at 6:15pm. My girlfriend and I arrived at the station at 6:20. The bus operator saw us, refused to speak to us, and drove off at 6:23. It’s ironic that we have to accommodate to when they are late, but this is how Redarrow treats their clients when we are on time.

The driver who drove the Bus which departed from Toronto at 6.15 pm (6th August), was really friendly and helpful to ALL customers equally and he also arrived at Ottawa sharp at 11.20 pm, and was very punctual. The driver is very admirable in terms of his driving and the behaviour and discipline.

Hi perfect on timing clean and pleasant atmosphere. Bus seats need cupholders or small table to hold cup of coffee. That’s my suggestion

Too many stops to pick up passengers. The ride from Toronto to Ottawa was over 6 hours. Very long and extremely tiring.

Timing, pick-up & drop-off points were clear and convenient. While I was able to sleep the entire time (usually I sleep poorly), my fiancé was not (usually he sleeps easily), saying that the first driver consistently took turns poorly.

It was the worst. The bus arrived 28 minutes late for pickup. The driver drove so slowly (around 20km/h slower than the speed limit, especially on the highway). The driver showed no signs of urgency, despite the fact that we were terribly behind schedule. We arrived at Ottawa at 2:54pm, more than 1 hour later than the scheduled time of 1:50pm.

We arrived an hour late, and they kept on blaming traffic but the busses scheduled to arrive later than us from TO-OTT arrived before us.

Bus was nearly an hour late and didn’t have the amenities advertised when booking (no wifi or bathroom on-board).

The operators were rude &the bus was so incredibly HOT I felt like i couldn’t breathe

It was a good trip between Toronto to Ottawa had to change buses 🚌 at Kingston than another 2 more hours to Ottawa

Reckless and rude driver. From Kingston to Ottawa. There was no access to washrooms on both rides from Toronto to Kingston and Kingston to Ottawa. The bus terminal in Kingston was closed and our only option was wait outside. People were urinating on the perimeter of the station as there was no other option. Utterly disgusted by the poor planning and lack of care.

Hard to find bus the bus wasn’t called metro linx it was called Go bus !

Horrible they cancelled the trip and didn’t even email me. Trip was cancelled a few hours before. Entirely unprofessional. Still awaiting a response.

Today they didn't notify me that my bus was canceled and I was in the cold for a long time.

I didnt even go on that trip. The driver didnt show up. I was there waiting for 4 hours out the cold. No one contacted me neither is there a number i could contact.

I was at the designated stop 35 minutes early, the bus was late. I called to confirm I was in the right spot and the customer service attendant said yes and to wait in the right spot. I received a text with pictures of where to stand and that the bus was running 4-5 minutes late. 10 minutes later I called back and the customer service representative told me I was not there and left without me. I asked for any form of assistance and then was hung up on. I then called back and left with a voicemail. I also called with a Pearson airport representative and they were also hung up on.

didn’t tell me it was a shuttle bus and spent almost 7 hours in pain with my hip deformity

Love the free wifi . Left Toronto at 2:50pm , arrived to Ottawa at 9:23pm . Driver had an issue with one customer, where the remaining paying customers had to suffer for the miscommunication.

Terrible service. Being informed 2 hours after the departure time that the shuttle was experiencing issues and would not arrive was unacceptable. Had to book a flight back home that cost me 700$.

Driver was 2 and half hours late. Came in a sienna car and not a bus ! Got to ottawa and driver didn’t stop at Bayshore mall and went straight to Downtown. Very unprofessional driver, played loud music all through the journey.

Pick up was on time.
