It was great. One thing I didn’t like. Nothing was written on the board that my trip was from Megabus. I went to another bus and was told my name wasn’t on the list. When I finally found out, my bus was fortunately delayed so I was able to catch it.

Was supposed to reach kingston at 5:30pm, but went out 30mins late. They gave us 15mins stop over, but turn out almost 2hours waiting. Supposed to reach Toronto at 8:20 but we arrived 12Am.. It was snowing also but that much delay was very frustrating. Anyway we arrived safe.

Over a 1 hour delay in Kingston on a trip from Montreal to Toronto with no communication during a bus driver change. Doors of the bus were left open and it was freezing cold inside. Nothing was ever said about what happened.

Delayed by an hour and a half. Rushed to only take less than 10 minutes break in Kingston when it turned out we had longer. The only positive was the wonderful man (I believe his name was Sean/ Shaun) who was keeping us updated in Toronto. He had a wonderful energy & was helpful to so many people.
