Great, minor delay with first bus (10 min delay) but it was during the morning rush hour so understandable though we arrived to the destination on time. No issues

Very good value for money. It would be helpful if there was signage at Pearson Airport.

The driver didn't know what stops were on his route, so he told us we were at the wrong bus, and then left without us, which delayed our trip by a day. Also, the customer service line hung up on us when we tried to get more information about the situation.

The designated time was 1.45, bus showed up after 2.40 pm. No emails, no announcements. I had to wait in snow..

I enjoyed the safety and convenience of the trip but didn’t appreciate how it didn’t stick to the timing

Experience was good, very comfortable but most of the charging ports were not working, may be all not sure.

I never made the trip. They sent out a late departure email saying they were leaving at 6:30pm when it was supposed to originally depart at 6:15pm. My girlfriend and I arrived at the station at 6:20. The bus operator saw us, refused to speak to us, and drove off at 6:23. It’s ironic that we have to accommodate to when they are late, but this is how Redarrow treats their clients when we are on time.

The driver who drove the Bus which departed from Toronto at 6.15 pm (6th August), was really friendly and helpful to ALL customers equally and he also arrived at Ottawa sharp at 11.20 pm, and was very punctual. The driver is very admirable in terms of his driving and the behaviour and discipline.

Bus was on time. It would have been better if some means are available to track the bus esp. for international passengers knowing the coordinates and timing of the bus at airport or bus driver number. Overall a good journey! Thanks Redarrow!

Overall was good, driver got us there in a timely manner nothing bad on that front, washroom smelt a little bit

There was a delay and I ended up reaching home an hour and thirty minutes later than said.

Hi perfect on timing clean and pleasant atmosphere. Bus seats need cupholders or small table to hold cup of coffee. That’s my suggestion

Not clear where to wait for the bus. Too hard to get to seat. Sprint not made for long trips. Driver should call out passengers at designated stops he should gave a list ofcwho gets off where

It was extremely tight, bus arrived over 15 minutes late, no leg space at all. No wifi, plugs or bathroom despite it saying there would be wifi.

The service was very good and the bus is clean. This is my first time using the box

The sears on the mega bus are painfully uncomfortable. I’ve tried sitting on jackets, moving my seat position, bringing back support, but I am always in pain after about 30 minutes of sitting. The other bus we switched too did not have this issue

The ride was smooth and bus was spacious. However the delays were really frustrating, and the 2 hour layover didn't make sense for a 5 hour trip. We got to Ottawa almost at midnight when it was supposed to be arrival at 10:40.

I paid not money with this bus line than another but did not get the megabus i expected. I was placed on a regular bus.

Hard to find bus the bus wasn’t called metro linx it was called Go bus !

Horrible they cancelled the trip and didn’t even email me. Trip was cancelled a few hours before. Entirely unprofessional. Still awaiting a response.

Today they didn't notify me that my bus was canceled and I was in the cold for a long time.

I didnt even go on that trip. The driver didnt show up. I was there waiting for 4 hours out the cold. No one contacted me neither is there a number i could contact.

The date i booked didn't reflect the ticket I received. I.left a msg an no one got back to me I paid for a ticket I didn't use. Terrible customer service.

The bus AC was switched on during this cool weather, making the journey very uncomfortable. As a result of the excessive cooling, I am now feeling feverish. Furthermore, the bus arrived one hour later than the time stated on my ticket.

Checked in baggage policy was unclear and bus driver was rude. Policy said 2 checked bags allowed and additional bags will be $10 charge, but bus driver said each checked in bag is $10 and charged me cash that he then pocketed. Bus driver wouldn’t let anyone off the bus to use the washroom during stops, even though he got off and went to the washroom himself. The bus doesn’t have a washroom and we were only allowed one 15 minute break that turned into 30 minutes. So I ended up being 40 minutes late when I finally got to my destination.

Terrible service. Being informed 2 hours after the departure time that the shuttle was experiencing issues and would not arrive was unacceptable. Had to book a flight back home that cost me 700$.

Driver was 2 and half hours late. Came in a sienna car and not a bus ! Got to ottawa and driver didn’t stop at Bayshore mall and went straight to Downtown. Very unprofessional driver, played loud music all through the journey.

Pick up was on time.
