Red Arrow receives praise for its clean bathrooms and safe, punctual drivers. However, some users have noted issues such as unreliable WiFi and the absence of USB ports or hot water on board. Additionally, there were concerns about customer service in Edmonton and unexpected costs compared to previous trips.

The driver Colin (Kelowna BC to Hope BC) clearly enjoys his job. He was nothing short of hilarious as well as knowledgeable to boot! Please let him know he is a breath of fresh air and greatly appreciated!
