We booked a 4:30pm bus to the centro but the bus never arrived. The staff never made any announcements that it got cancelled so we waited for an hour only to find out that the bus was cancelled. The staff who is monitoring the buses on the parking lot can't understand nor speak english so can't get any information from her. We had to go to the ticketing and they exchanged our tickets to the next bus. Eventually realizing that we cannot board the "next" bus at 5:30pm since the ticketing office booked us for the 6:20pm one. the next bus arrived at 6:20pm and we still werent able to board that onece sunce they said that was the 530pm one and it got delayed. So we waited for another hour. It was all a nightmare. The bus parking attendant cheking the schedules even argued with us that my ticket is wrong. Well technically she is right, but we have been waiting here for 2 hours and we got here first, and they still let the other go first on the bus.nit was just a very bad experience and we are not booking again altogether. such nightmare.

The Centro bus was never called so it was not known to me where the bus was loading. I was informed that it left and I had to buy another ticket. Another couple had the same experience. As it was a small bus and parked beyond the big buses, I had no idea it was there. It wasn't on the board or called out by the lead bus man
