ADO CONECTA receives positive feedback for its clean and well-maintained transport, with users appreciating the safe driving and ample space. The service is easy to use, although some travelers encountered language barriers at bus terminals. Additionally, there were minor issues with seat reservations not being honored during payment. Overall, it offers good value for transit needs.

I enjoyed the ride itself in a lovely AC bus. The driver drove safely. The Bus station itself was a bit chaotic with building work going on. There was no timetable showing which stand to get the bus, just one poor woman trying to shout above the noise.

Good: It was easy to find the bus station. The shuttle ride was comfortable, the driver was pleasant, and there was plenty of space for my carry on. Not so Good: It was not clear what gate I needef to go to find the actual bus. My specific ride did not appear in the overhead screens. The first agent I asked told me the wrong gate. If I hadn't asked another gate agent, I would have missed my shuttle. It was not clear from the ticket that I would be taking a shuttle van, instead of a large bus.

They changed the tickets on us moments before we were supposed to board and we weren't able to board the bus. As a result we almost missed our boat and had to find a taxi that charged us an arm and a leg in order to make it to our boat in time.
