I enjoyed the ride itself in a lovely AC bus. The driver drove safely. The Bus station itself was a bit chaotic with building work going on. There was no timetable showing which stand to get the bus, just one poor woman trying to shout above the noise.

Good: It was easy to find the bus station. The shuttle ride was comfortable, the driver was pleasant, and there was plenty of space for my carry on. Not so Good: It was not clear what gate I needef to go to find the actual bus. My specific ride did not appear in the overhead screens. The first agent I asked told me the wrong gate. If I hadn't asked another gate agent, I would have missed my shuttle. It was not clear from the ticket that I would be taking a shuttle van, instead of a large bus.

They changed the tickets on us moments before we were supposed to board and we weren't able to board the bus. As a result we almost missed our boat and had to find a taxi that charged us an arm and a leg in order to make it to our boat in time.
