Ride was fine, however, I forgot a carry bag at the Bacalar station. Driver told me to ask the office in Tulum when we arrive there, and in responce to my inquiry at the Tulum ADO office, I was told "ask in Cancún." So, technically ADO office staff unconcern is the issue.

Bus schedules online and at the bus stop were both inaccurate. I booked 13:15 tickets online. The bus station said the next bus came at 13:55 (no record or 13:15) bus. No bus came until 14:15

Bus was an hour and a half late. Didn’t have a bathroom. Bus driver wouldn’t stop. Stuck in tons of traffic. Was supposed to leave at 10:10 and get there at 12:45. Bus left at 11:40 and we arrived at 3:15. Wasted our entire day traveling. Will not us AU ever again! Use ADO instead.

No, WiFi isn't available on AU buses. Download your favorite movies, TV shows, and audiobooks or bring a good book and listen to some music to fully enjoy your bus ride! You can also use this time to catch up on some much needed sleep.
No, there aren't any power outlets or USB plugs on AU. We recommend bringing a battery pack to make sure you won't run out of battery, or bring a good book and stay entertained throughout your bus ride!
No, AU generally doesn't have a toilet on board. No worries, the bus will make bathroom and rest stops during your bus trip. You will be able to stretch your legs, use the toilet and get some snacks during the stops.
AU doesn't offer any meals or snacks on board. We recommend you bring some snacks and drinks in a reusable water bottle for your bus trip.
No, no need to print your AU ticket! Simply show your e-ticket on your smartphone along with a valid photo ID to board the bus. Your e-ticket will be emailed to you when you book on Busbud.
