Eventually there were no more buses left and they had to put me on a bus going somewhere else from where I had to take a 3 hour cab to get to Puerto Escondido.

They displayed the wrong gate for the bus at the ticket desk and on the screen at the gate. My guess is they corrected the ticket display screen but they did not correct the screen at the gate. Consequently those of us who were early and waiting at the gate missed the bus. They then denied any fault but offered a 1/2 price ticket for the next day even though there was a bus later that night. So I had no choice but to purchase a second ticket at full price. Mistakes happen but they should not have penalized ME, they should have transferred the ticket to the later bus.
